Love the front desk staff! They really make you feel comfortable and explain the process.
Terrible place. Do not recommend to ANYONE. Massage was pathetic. And today they fired there 8 and a half month pregnant receptionist who is an absolute sweetheart and always treated me fair and promptly. This whole establishment is a disgrace and ran poorly.
Everything at Massage Envy Wexford is always immaculate. The the lights and temperature are always perfect which creates an incredible and serene experience. I have never found anything to be dirty, off-putting or unfavorable at all!
I had a massage scheduled with Terri. She knew she wasn't feeling well. She had me go ahead and get undressed, started my massage and said she could not continue as she was having a gall bladder attack. I blocked time out of my schedule and no one advised me ahead of time she wasn't feeling well. No compensation made for my missed massage and time wasted getting there, getting undressed etc. Not good customer service.
Although I am a regular client, I am treated with the concern and thoroughness that I would expect as a new customer whose business was trying to be won over. The staff truly cares about making each-and-every visit unforgettable through relentlessly focusing on the client, not just making a profit.
Massage Envy Wexford is hands down the best place in Pittsburgh to get a massage. The environment is fantastic, the front desk staffing is AMAZING and the therapists are well-trained and personable. I have been a long-time customer and never once had a bad experience.
Love this place! Front desk staff is great, they cultivate a really nice spa environment there, and Gabby is amazing!!! Highly recommend!
