I was able to get my car last minute, even though I did book the wrong dates. It really saved the day, very happy with this location. Great service.

I rented here for the first time and had a very good experience. The workers were courteous. I needed to have the car when they opened at 7:30am so I could get to work. They were open before 7:30. Too many times the local locations are late and take forever. My only complaint is that because I was returning on Saturday, they were going to charge me an extra hour even though I could not return exactly at 7:30 because they were not open. Fortunately, the work provided credit. This is a bad policy, but great service.

Had my car in the body shop back in December for two weeks longer than promised due a quality issue; the body shop said they were paying for extra days I had to use the rental car. Well, during this time, Hertz continued to swipe funds from my account via direct debit - that I never signed up for nor authorized, by the way - even though the body shop told them to charge them and not me - a fact that I called Hertz and personally confirmed they were aware of. Needless to say, It's been almost a month now, and Hertz has YET to refund the 11 days of stolen rental fees to my account. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau!

Disappointing. Rented for a weekend road trip and my "upgraded" vehicle had issues & I had to swap out in another state. Their lot was so small that while renting I had to park my personal vehicle in a pot hole riddled parking lot across the highway with no lights and several abandoned vehicles. Staff was friendly enough...

Renting from my location is an experience that I enjoy it is respectful courteous and professional. The only thing that makes this experience 2 stars is the fact that I've been renting from hertz constantly since August of 2015 and since I have a debit card I cannot receive hertz gold plus rewards. That is bias
