Ordered online from this florist who is a few blocks down the road. Received the flowers and some were already shriveled up and brown. Sent an email to sales at johnstontheflorist immediately requesting they reimburse the Amex card, come take the flowers back, and confirm this. Had to run elsewhere personally during work to get something somewhere else. Came into work the next day and still no reply to my email. Called them and the woman sounded annoyed and was brusque with me. She was unable to find the order by the order number, told me she doesn't do email so I couldn't forward the order confirmation to her. She finally found the order and said I should have called them yesterday. She never did confirm if they would reimburse the Amex card or even pick these up but she did give me an insincere sounding "sorry for your inconvenience" at the end of the conversation. Also, their website shows you can locally purchase wine. You can't anymore - they just don't bother to update their website.

I needed a short notice corsage and bout for a 50 wedding gift

We had flowers delivered from family in England. They were left on the doorstep in over 90 degrees of heat. When we complained a "replacement" was provided of lower cost and the originals were taken away. These flowers died within 48 hours. Very poor service and a complete rip-off considering the cost.

I love this store . I needed a bunch of peonies which are hard to find they got them for me the next day Thank you so much made my party pop thank you so much so friendly , it was and always is a pleasure so friendly best in Wexford
