I have been a faithful customer for my jewelry "needs" for several years. Between Chuck's skills and Alicia's overall helpfulness this is a great place to do business. They have designed pieces for me and are fair and reasonable. You can't go wrong here!
I cannot begin to describe how easy it was to work with Alicia here. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I went in with just a few ideas of what I wanted, and we were able to work together to come up with a custom designed ring that wasn't ridiculously over priced with a high quality diamond. She was able to stay in contact via texting, which made the whole process so very easy, and prevented me from having to make TONS of trips down to the store. I cannot recommend this family-owned shop enough, they will bend over backwards for you and are very patient talking through all of your options. I have a feeling we will be customers for life!

I didn't know exactly what I wanted for my engagement ring, but I knew I wanted it to be very unique. We had heard amazing things about Diamond Designs and took a shot. We were SO PLEASED and COMFORTABLE the second we walked in the door. They are very polite and honest people. As I'm making a horrible attempt to describe to Alisha she showed me they amazing beautiful settings. As we worked our way through trying things on she said, wait... I have something I want you to try one. She brought my over a champagne diamond set in rose gold! I WAS IN LOVE. She picked my engagement ring simply based on ME and what I liked! I wear my ring everyday and received so many compliments on how beautiful, unique and special it is. We had the most wonderful experience and will always be customers for life!
