The care and attention the team at Tendor Touch provides is excellent both in office and when I need to call with a quesiton or two. The pricing is very fair and reasonable. My dog Dolce loves the affection (and cookies) she gets from everyone.

This is the "Best Vet Hospital Ever"! Dr. Brill and all the Techs, have treated my dog as their own! Above and beyond any Veterinarian experience I have ever had! My dog, Punkin and I have received the ultimate care and compassion. Dawn, Jess and all the team, are just beyond words! Thank you so much!

Very caring vet and staff. Dr cox is very good vet. Very patient with my dog patch .and she went above and beyond for my furbabies. Thank you Dr Cox.

Very nice Vets and Techs. They take the time to answer your questions. My puppy is a bit wild and they always find a way to keep him calm. I highly recommend Tender Touch.

I took my 16 year old cat a few weeks ago to Tender Touch because his appetite slowed down. Dr. Cox treated him with nausea medicine and fluids, she also sold me a flea and tick collar. Three days later my cat totally stopped eating his food and drinking his water. I took my cat back to Tender Touch and Dr.Cox suggested a blood test or euthanasia. I was totally shocked and unprepared to have my cat put down. I took my cat home. Twenty minutes after we got home two armed police officers were knocking on my door. They explained to me that they received a call from Tender Touch saying that I had a rabid cat and that they were there to quarantine him. After a quick examination of my cat the officers could clearly see he was not rabid and allowed me to keep my cat in my home. What I can't understand is why Tender Care had police officers come to my home. Dr. Cox nor any of the staff at Tender Care gave me indication that they thought my cat was rabid. There was no need to cause me all the stress and trauma for no reason at all. What they did was totally unprofessional, inappropriate, and inconsiderate. I would say to all animal lovers do not take your pets to this establishment.
