EVERY TIME I used a machine instead of the marked price of $1 of $2.50 I was charged $10. Instead of a $14 car wash I was charged $70. The money was refunded more than one week later, automatically.
I live local but unfortunately the technical details and important features of this automatic car wash are unknown to their customers. For example, customers have no way to know if the automatic washes the undercarriage. This is an option is offered by other competing facilities like GetGo. Undercarriage washing is not mentioned or specified on their payment machine, signs on the facility nor internet. For this reason, I can only assume it does not provide it. I am concerned about my car rusting out underneath from winter road salt so I want it washed underneath. This isn't Arizona or Florida where undercarriage washing is unnecessary. Who cares if the tire sidewalls are shiny lol?? Not me. I care more about rust damage which kills PA cars.

Decent touch free wash but you need to check the website for a more than very basic description of the wash options.
The automatic Carwash here is a waste of money. Don't get the $15 "Hot Wax" wash. If you must go here get the $8 wash, or maybe the self hand wash. My car was just as dirty after the wash as before. A superficial clean if anything and definitely not worth the money. It just sprayed a bunch of colorful liquids and suds on my car for an "ooh and aaw" effect but this did nothing. Plain old water hose could have done the same thing. My wheels look like they weren't even touched and my paint looks dull, and still dirty.
