Guy at the front desk has ZERO people skills. Talked to me like I was a child. Told me I lied to him on the phone (I didn't ), but told me it was Ok, and that he would work it out. I asked him a question about my hitch, gave a half assed answer and didn't even look at me while he was talking to me. The facility looks extremely cheap, bare wood trim, cob webs, just dirty looking, etc. The only good thing was that the actual work performed on my car seems ok so far.
Update: at some point while I was in the waiting room, Darren must've gotten good news or something, because he became very nice and courteous. To clarify, Tom was awesome the whole time. People can have good or bad days, so I won't hold that against them, however, the waiting room is still sub par.
Ziebart Diamond Gloss paint protection is reasonably priced and almost lasts a full year ( It's still working after 12 months, just not as good as it was when it's first applied). I just got a new truck, been saving for years for it and finally found one I liked. 16' Chevy Colorado Z71 in Rocky metallic Red, this thing is the bomb. I decided I wanted to get the bed lined and not to cheap out by going with a big name recommended by almost everyone I talked to. Specifically the one in Wexford. Not even a day after dropping it off I heard it was done and went to go pick it up and wow. Gorgeous! The bed is flawlessly done and hands down worth every penny I invested and right there is 5 stars. Except upon further inspection of it I noticed a 3 inch gouge in the rear of my cab under the window with scuffs around it like someone tried to rub it off. I've never used this bed for anything because it was unprotected, so I called and voiced my concern that it is just so noticeable that it isn't possibly something I could've missed upon purchasing the truck. They told me that they couldn't have possibly done it and that they were not interested in helping me to fix it.
I had a bed liner done to my truck and tint done on my car. Very happy with both outcomes. The staff is very friendly and nice. The prices are so reasonable and felt I got a good deal with the quality of work that was performed. I will stopping there again for any future needs.
My 2004 Cadillac SRX looks brand new, just as good as when I drove it off the lot. Service was diamond gloss and rust proofing.
All in all the bed looks great, it's got loads of grip, and it's nice and thick on the application of it. Just wish I didn't have such an eye sore on such a new truck. I would like to say I'd go back and recommend them, but I probably wont.
