We recently purchased a recliner chair for my son for a birthday gift. Diana was very attentive to him and treated him like her best customer. She was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with a lot of advice as to what chair would best fit our needs, budget, son's "requirements", and existing decor. She has quite a creative flair for interior design. I would highly recommend Levin Furniture. With their sales, quality furniture, great sales staff, selection, and prices, you can't go wrong with Levin.

I ordered a full dining room set worth over $4000 from Levin on October 18, 2017. Now in December when I requested to know where my set is, I was told they can deliver it incomplete however they would be so kind as not to charge me for the second delivery. When asking for a credit toward the purchase, they said they could do the equivalent of $100.00. The set was expressed to be delivered mid to late November, but closer to Mid. This Levin has very poor customer service. If you plan to shop at a Levin store, go to Robinson or just don't because truly through this whole ordeal, I didn't receive a sincere apology, a solution (No Timelines), or even a credit for a future purchase. They will take your money, leave you with an empty dining room and won't even pick up the phone. I wish I had something better to write here. I do not write bad reviews typically, but this was a matter that needed addressed. Ruined my Thanksgiving, but they won't ruin my Christmas!

Bought an entire bedroom set from the Wexford store in the beginning of October. We were told that the set would be delivered in two parts - the bed frame being last because of it not being in stock (beautiful set, good price!). The first date would've been around the beginning/mid November. It is now Nov 20, and for two weeks we've been trying to get in touch with Craig, our salesperson. No response. I'm not even upset the furniture isn't here. I'm upset that I know nothing about a purchase for which I paid in full almost two months ago. All "customer service" could tell me was to get in contact with my salesman.. Then, proceeded to put me on hold while they paged him - for OVER 30 MINUTES (until I finally hung up).. The other reviews seem to sugar coat the fact that Levin's is pretty terrible in following up on customer orders. While you are there, oh, yeah, they'll shadow you and be quite nice.. but now, silence. Shouldn't be this hard to call your customer. Very disappointed.

We’ve been looking for modern furniture and after visiting few places around, I found this store. We like the selections even not exactly what we were looking for, quality and price. Hillary Carrozza was the one helped me to make an informed decision, pick fabric and style without pressure. She was very professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. It’s rarely you could find such Professional!

Do not do business with the company unless you willing to go to court to get a new a used and damaged product.

Too bad you cannot give zero stars! Bought a coffee table, and two end tables. We picked up the coffee table, (we were told it would be boxed and had to assemble it. When we picked it up, it was assembled and we thought good until we got it home.. Noticed it was damaged, but not real bad.) About 3 weeks later, we picked up one of the end tables, it was boxed, so we went to assemble it, it was broken. I gave them a call and they told me to bring it back. The sales person, said if anything was damaged they would pick it up. When I called the said someone will call and make arrangements to pick it up. No one has called as of yet. Tomorrow I will call again. If they refuse to do so, I will request a full refund and if than does not come to pass, there will be a lawsuit for fraud! First off they sold me both used and damaged furniture and that is not what I ordered. This furniture had been sold to someone else, otherwise it would not had been assembled.
