There was a nice slection of fabrics and a good representation of the furniture options. The saleswoman, Betsy, was very helpful in picking out the best fabric and she actually recommended a cheaper couch which was much more comfortable for us. The price was great, but the pricing was a weird experience. I had to give my card over before I knew what the total was. Everything else was perfect!
I really like the sales staff; however, ownership and their delivery process needs a great deal of work! I found the same items at another location after I purchased the items but prior to delivery. When I brought this to their attention they honestly could have cared less. They already had my money. Their comments were, “it is really no big deal it is only $300.” I was offered a in store credit that was only valid for 90 days and forcing me to buy more furniture for them if I wanted any type of financial relief. Beware of this company, they will take your money and could care less about your business. Quality furniture cares only about the transaction but not the relationship. Once my item was delivered, it was damaged and returned. I am now waiting again for this item but was asked to pay the full balance while I wait for this new piece to be delivered.
This is Quality furniture not cheap knock off crap that will fall apart in two years (at best).
