In 2015 I had a procedure done with Dr. Heil. I had a wonderful experience. I went on many consultation and even when I expressed in office that my decision was most likely going to be him, he reassured to continue looking at other doctors if you aren't 100% sold. It was great because other doctors just talked about their experience, wasn't as much patient oriented.
Run, don't walk away from this clown. He needs a psyche evaluation , he even packed on about 30 lbs in only a few months . He's nothing more than a liar and control freak. His staff puppets are the same . Paid to keep quiet, to bait and switch. Don't trust someone who he pays on his staff! They defend him blindly without knowing his bedside manner, results or business practices . The staff is taught to defend him, to kiss his ass , to be anti supportive of patients concerns and to sweep things under the rug
His operating facility keeps his internal affairs secretive
AFTER THE DR KNEW HE WRONGED ME, THEY STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS AND PUT ME ON HOLD
The dr. Used words like smooth, tone, shape.......he deceives to get your trust and your financial commitment. There's even a clause on your paperwork that says no money back, so if you head into surgery and have second thoughts, too bad!
He doesn't have to abide by a real hospital and their ethics HE HAS NO OVERSIGHT IN HIS OWN FACILITY AS HE CALLS ALL THE SHOTS
He is unethical and tells his staff to cover for him...he's a coward and a narcissist
Dr. ANA BUSQUETS is amazing. She really knows her stuff. She's very friendly , her staff is also. Great atmosphere. I've been going there for almost 4 years and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
I WOKE UP IN HORRIFIC LEG PAIN AND MY FRIEND IN MY RECOVERY ROOM ASKED THAT I BE TAKEN TO A HOSPITAL

He never tells you the details of what he does , but has you sign off a waiver of life and limb just before surgery after you've paid and are trapped. Nice sales pitch!
BEWARE ! A complete nightmare even from the start. There is something very wrong with this office. They play games with patients, they lie and have a lot of damage control to do. They refuse to give patient records which is a HIPAA Federal violation.
THIS EVENT WASNT EVEN DOCUMENTED ON MY PATIENT RECORDS , THE DR. IS PURE EVIL
What he doesn't say is that he's a downright thief and butcher . Believe his untainted google reviews. He can't remove them like other review boards that he controls .
Dr. Heil has changed my life, completely. I had a particularly severe case of gynecomastia and let me say that this condition impacted every last part of my being. I honestly felt like I was less than a person, and it caused me to miss out on so much in life. But now that I've gotten the surgery, my chest is actually the best attribute I have. It means so much to me that I can take my shirt off at the pool, when before it was absolutely out of the question. I was so pleased with the results of this surgery that I came back here 4 years later from out of state for a tummy tuck. The results from that surgery were absolutly spectacular. I also want to say that the level of caring from Dr. Heil and his staff had been outstanding. His PA's are always so kind and they demonstrate such empathy, I don't know where I can begin to say thank you. I will never forget how much Dr. Heil gave me. The level of skill he has, the results he brings to his patients, the empathy and kindness he and his staff bring to the table - you will not find a better surgeon, in my humble opinion
The dr. Hides the consequences of his work , he only shows the few positive before and after photos to prospective surgical candidates .he covers up his unsuccessful operations and the many unsatisfied patients .

Dr. Ana Busquets is a brilliant Harvard graduate. My previously unattractive skin is completely clear and no longer red and covered with rosacea papules. It looks fantastic every single day. I highly recommend her!
The ladies at the front desk were always great and pleasant, explained everything perfectly. Answered the phone and addressed my questions. They were accommodating with my family considering I had 5 people waiting for me, no problems at all.
* Everyone has different opinions of doctors, there were some I didn't like when I consulted but others love. Doesn't mean they are bad. Also all risks are listed in your paperwork and there can be complications with anything, it's a risk you are willing to take. Prescriptions are given to you with the preoperative instructions, it you didn't fill them in time that responsibility falls on yourself. *
I had minimal bruising, recovered faster than expected and my results were beyond my wildest dreams.

Oddly they were never accountable nor offered a refund--- they were only concerned about their selfish reputations
Heil is not reputable.! He will do procedures simply for money YOU ARE THE GUINEA PIG
