Awesome doctor and staff. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is very nice and explains Everything to you and will give you and honest course of action that is best for you. I am very pleased with the work I have recieved and will be a dedicated patient for years to come.
I asked why and the loud larger girl with red hair said “ nobody has ever given us a problem about this before”
The tall dark haired woman said he was on his way back from surgery
Horrible experience from receptionists who were very unprofessional
I told her she should have informed me of that
My day is now jeopardized by their overscheduling and rudeness
Nobody came in the room to offer water or apology
They could care less
I was asked to give them my license
Really bad signs of management and what behavior the dr tolerates
They kept me waiting and waiting
The most competent and caring doctor I've ever had!
One hour after my scheduled appointment I asked where the dr was
Incredible reconstruction surgery results that far exceeded my expectations. Dr C is an amazingly talented surgeon with a super bedside manner.
That was a big red flag of not making a patient feel welcome
